Which Schonell devices are compatible with the Access App?
Compatible devices can use certain or all functionalities of the Access App. Device compatilibility: Fully supported: Interphone 2 Interphone Zero Guard Interphone 2 Not supported: Interphone Hybrid Interphone Classic Guard Interphone Is my old Schonell interphone App login valid for the Access App?
Yes. The same login credentials in the Schonell Interphone app maybe used for the access app. Do make sure that your account is submitted, approved and programmed into the interphones by your building's administrator. No configuration is required for app users. if your account is submitted, approved and programmed into the interphones by your building's administrator, you should automatically see available and connected interphones in the home menu screen tab of the app. I am logged in but I do not see any connected devices under the SMART LOCK tab.

Yes, for the Schonell Access app, you may login to multiple devices using the same login credentials. This will ensure that you will always have access to your front door, no matter where you are. I have granted access on my app but the door does not open. What do I do?
This could be possible when the phone is disconnected from the internet through cellular or wifi. Alternatively, it could be a lost of connectivity with the interphone device. Kindly check your connections and try again. Alternatively, try using another device to grant access. If it still fails to work, kindly contact our support for assistance. What is Visitor Management System (VMS)? How does it work?
Visitor Management System allows tenants to grant access to visitors by generating One-time passwords. This allows visitors to gain entry by simply pressing # followed by the passcode on the interphone's keypad. If you account is approved by your building manager, you should be able to generate passcodes for all connected interphone systems. Why is my device not showing up in the Access Control App?
